Return & Exchange Policy
01 Right to Return:
According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 18 of 2018, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. This applies to all online stores registered in Egypt.
02 Conditions for Return:
1- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2- You must have the original receipt or purchase order.
3- You may need to return the item to the original seller or a designated drop-off point.
03 Return Process:
1- In Order to return you must fill out our Return and Exchange Form
2- You Will be charged a return shipping fee.
